Since 2004, Chimney Rock is family owned and operated, the winery specializes in small production of estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon that truly reflect their terroir (or region they are grown in). Beautifully crafted wine that really reflect the terrior they came from.

Chimney rock specializes in Estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon, any wine lovers can really appreciate the effort that went into crafting each of their wines. Great structure, with good depth and aging potential; Chimney rock wines are not fruit-driven, but rather about their complexity, structure, texture and more importantly they speak for the lands they came from. Their flagship wines are Tomahawk and Ganymede, a must try and it will be difficult to resist buying a bottle or two.
