This time we found ourselves back at the One Michelin restaurant Plumed Horse, right in the heart of downtown of Saratoga, CA. -a quaint downtown right among the foothill or Saratoga mountain. Exc. chef and owner, Peter Armellino spoiled us with his magical touches turning simple and fresh ingredients into something spectacular.
