Incredible Cabernets at great Value from Napa Valley
Napa Valley has long belonged to Cabernet Sauvignon, and across its sunlit floor and folded hillsides, countless cellars pour bottles worthy of the name. Among them, we return again and again to three: Rombauer, near St. Helena; Sequoia Grove, in Rutherford; and Pine Ridge, in the Stags Leap District. Each draws its fruit from vineyards scattered across the valley, so every glass is a portrait of Napa as a whole, shaped by the vision of the hands that blend it. Their wines offer a grace that far outpaces their price. Poured side by side, they show how a single grape from a single valley can tell three very different stories.

Founded in 1980 by Koerner and Joan Rombauer, this family winery sits on a pine-shaded hilltop north of St. Helena and is best known for its rich, buttery Chardonnay. That same generous, crowd-pleasing style carries into its Cabernet and Zinfandel.
Sequoia Grove takes its name from the stand of towering redwoods around its Rutherford tasting room, where it has been crafting wine since 1980. Cabernet Sauvignon is its focus, and it is known for balanced and refined Napa Cabernets that offer great value.
Pine Ridge is a Stags Leap District landmark known for refined Cabernet Sauvignon and its cool wine caves carved into the hillside.
